By accessing and using Lix.so ("the Service", "the Platform", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Lix.so is a web platform that enables content creators, dropshippers, agencies, and freelancers to create and manage Facebook Ads campaigns in a simplified and automated manner.

2.1 Main Features

  • Secure connection to Meta Business (Facebook Ads)
  • Batch upload of ad creatives
  • Automated creation of campaigns, ad sets, and ads
  • Management of reusable campaign templates
  • Google Drive integration (future feature)

3. Eligibility and User Account

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use Lix.so, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid Facebook Business account
  • Comply with Meta/Facebook advertising policies
  • Not be located in an embargoed country

3.2 Account Creation

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintaining the security of your account and password
  • All activities performed under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Use of the Service

4.1 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Lix.so in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Usage Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Violate third-party intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to bypass Service security measures
  • Use unauthorized robots, scrapers, or automated tools
  • Create advertising campaigns violating Meta/Facebook policies
  • Share your account with unauthorized third parties
  • Use the Service to create spam or malicious content

4.3 Advertising Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content of your ad creatives
  • Compliance with applicable advertising laws
  • Compliance with Meta/Facebook advertising policies
  • Claims or disputes related to your ads

5. Facebook/Meta Integration

5.1 Third-Party Authorization

By connecting your Facebook Business account to Lix.so, you:

  • Authorize Lix.so to access your account via Facebook Marketing API
  • Accept that your data will be transmitted according to Meta's conditions
  • Acknowledge being also subject to Meta's terms of service

5.2 Limitations

We are not responsible for:

  • Changes or interruptions to the Facebook API
  • Meta's changing policies regarding APIs
  • Suspensions or bans of your Facebook Business account
  • Advertising costs charged by Meta

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Subscription Plans

Pricing details are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice.

6.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your choice
  • Payments are processed via Stripe
  • No refunds are granted for unused periods (except as legally required)
  • Applicable taxes will be added based on your location

6.3 Termination for Non-Payment

In case of payment default, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Lix.so Property

All rights, titles, and interests regarding the Service (code, design, trademarks, logos) remain our exclusive property.

7.2 User Content

You retain all rights to your ad creatives. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited license to use the Service. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Service.

8. Privacy and Data

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also accept this policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 "As Is" Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service will meet your specific needs
  • Advertising results will meet your expectations

9.3 Limitation of Damages

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, damage, liability, and expense arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of third-party rights
  • Your advertising content

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

11.2 Termination by Lix.so

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, in case of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment
  • Behavior harmful to other users or the Service

11.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
  • Your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policy
  • Paid fees will not be refunded (except as legally required)

12. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
